What does AMH mean for my fertility? AMH or ‘Anti-Müllerian Hormone’ is tested clinically as part of a fertility work-up. Levels below normal ‘may’ reflect low ovarian reserve and levels above normal reflect polycystic ovaries. AMH levels peak at age 25 and then slowly decline until menopause.
