Initial Naturopathic Assessment
During this visit we will review your main concerns, health history, activities of daily living and dietary patterns. This visit may include a short physical exam. Visits can be in-person or virtual (phone or video). The treatment plan is usually provided on the second visit (60 or 45minute follow-up) after a full case analysis but some changes may be recommended in the first visit.

Naturopathic Acupuncture
This is an appointment type available for existing patients who wish to have acupuncture. Naturopathic doctors are trained in the style of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The insertion of fine needles is applied along the energetic meridian lines to move blood and qi – to create balance in the body. We may also use acupuncture needles medically to directly release tension is certain areas of the body. Acupuncture is known to release endorphins and improve circulation which is known to help reduce pain, improve mood, promote sleep quality, support healthy digestion and balance hormonal symptoms.
Cranial Sacral Technique
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch we release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more.
**Dr. Kathleen Regan, ND has completed training with the Upledger Institute in Cranial Sacral 1, Cranial Sacral 2 and Somato Emotional Release 1 and continues to study and integrate these techniques into practice. She uses these techniques as an assessment tool during physical exam or integrated into acupuncture treatments.
